Located in North London near Hampstead Heath, this Victorian home combines historic character with a refined contemporary interior. Designed by Lawson Ward Studio and supported by the Molteni&C London Flagship Store, the project features a made-to-measure Intersection kitchen by Vincent Van Duysen and a selection of pieces from the Molteni&C collections.

Set within a quiet residential neighborhood, the home retains its original architectural identity as it opens onto a private garden. The composition balances the elegance of the historic façade with a contemporary interior approach, where natural light and material continuity define the character of the spaces.

At the core of the home, the Intersection kitchen by Vincent Van Duysen establishes a strong material and architectural foundation. Crafted in Quartzite Cielo and Sunrise Oak, it defines the interior palette through a precise balance of surfaces and tones, setting the rhythm for the surrounding living spaces.

In the living area, the Lucio sofa and armchair by Vincent Van Duysen create a composed and intimate environment, complemented by Louisa side tables and the Logos living system, also by Van Duysen which organizes the space with clarity.

The Palette carpet by Nicola Gallizia completes the interior composition, adding depth and texture while reinforcing the continuity between materials and furnishings. The project is anchored by an original Art Nouveau entrance door, preserving a direct link to the house’s historical identity.

Inspired by principles of modern design, Louisa transforms everyday surfaces into sculptural elements that enrich the living space.

DEVON

The Devon chair by Rodolfo Dordoni transforms seating into an expression of versatile elegance. Designed to complement any interior, from intimate corners to lively communal spaces, this design balances functional clarity with a subtle refinement for cultivated interiors.

LOGOS

Modularity, functionality, and lightness are what inspired Molteni&C's first fully modular living room wall unit system. Designed by Vincent Van Duysen, Logos offers a fresh approach to how space can be designed, offering endless configurations to suit individual tastes and functional needs. The storage module is fully customizable, offering options such as open compartments, doors, or drawers of varying heights, adding both practicality and aesthetic appeal.
