      MEET ALDO ROSSI

      Aldo Rossi

PERHAPS IT IS SNOBBERY BUT THE MORE I SEE THE WORLD, THE MORE I FEEL BEING A CITIZEN OF IT AND THE MORE I WANT TO GO BACK TO THE OLD WAY OF THINGS.

Aldo Rossi (1931 – 1997) was one of the greatest architects of the twentieth century. His collaboration with the Molteni Group marked Aldo Rossi’s transition from master architect to industrial designer, creating models and furnishings for the Maastricht Museum, the Carlo Felice Theatre in Genoa, and the reconstruction of La Fenice Theatre in Venice. Aldo Rossi designed objects that were destined to become icons of the twentieth century.
