AUGUSTO SOFA VINCENT VAN DUYSEN
The ground floor features the Eugenio Montale Library, defined by UniFor’s CF design shelving system by Dante Bonuccelli. Finished in a silver lacquer, the floor-to-ceiling modular structure wraps around the entire room, creating a strong visual rhythm that enhances both the artworks on display and the verticality of the space.

LESSLESS TABLE JEAN NOUVEL
Two Less Less tables by Jean Nouvel also in silver lacquer anchor the central area and provide surfaces for reading and study. These are paired with 123 chairs by Michael Anastassiades, contributing to an atmosphere of understated, contemporary elegance. The iconic D.151.4 armchairs by Gio Ponti are complemented by tables
from the Andromeda collection by LSM, which also appears in the waiting room, where an elliptical travertine-top table sits beside the Augusto sofa by Vincent Van Duysen. A double sliding Wood Wall partition by Citterio separates the two rooms, preserving transparency and a sense of continuity.

If home is the heart of daily life, the Augusto sofa by Vincent Van Duysen is where one finds home. Augusto is a versatile seating system blending timelessness with contemporary flair. Embodying the welcoming spirit of Molteni&C, this sofa offers linear and rounded elements for versatile customization, including chaise lounges and islands to serve as relaxation zones. From compact spaces to spacious living rooms, Augusto offers solutions tailored to diverse needs.
Nautical furnishings had long been a source of fascination for Gio Ponti when he was commissioned to design an armchair for four ocean liners and two cruises between 1949–1951: the Conte Grande, the Africa, the Oceania, the Conte Biancamano, the Andrea Doria and the Giulio Cesare. His creation, D.151.4, appeared on each, with slight variations in design to match the ship’s interior. This piece captures the spirit of refined travel, blending timeless style with thoughtful ergonomics.
Originally created for the Fondation Cartier in Paris in 1994, LessLess by Jean Nouvel exemplifies the purity of design reduced to its essential form. This collection of rectangular and square tables expresses an architectural clarity, bringing purpose to every detail. Defined by its light lines and striking minimalism, LessLess reveals how simplicity and precision offer an expression of elegance.
The 1 2 3 chair by Michael Anastassiades embodies a harmonious blend of sophistication and comfort, emphasizing the purity of materials. Its name whimsically reflects the process of finding the ideal balance in the number of vertical slats adorning the backrest. After thoughtful consideration and testing, three slats were chosen, resulting in a structure that exudes elegance and lightness, embodying a refined synthesis of design principles.
