LA MANO

La Mano by Gio Ponti came to life through a playful series of letters exchanged with silversmith Lino Sabbatini, who created the object in response to Ponti’s sketch of a six-fingered hand. What began in jest became one of Ponti’s most cherished creations. Both iconic and unexpected, La Mano embodies his irreverent spirit and unmistakable character.

Crafted from a curved metal sheet from which six unexpected fingers emerge, La Mano is a standout piece notable for its bold design. This creation can serve as a decorative sculpture or a unique jewelry hanger.
