Nestled into the residential Island of Karhusaari, in the suburban outskirts of Helsinki, is an outstanding privately-owned villa where a curation of designs from the Molteni&C Collection express themselves in a distinctively Scandinavian context. Developed by architect Juha Saapunki in collaboration with our Helsinki Flagship Store, operated by Blomer, and Seppo Mäntylä, this 240 square meter log home is set amidst a landscape lined in deciduous trees, offering an inspiring dialog between architecture and nature.
Bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, the villa’s living spaces are infused with the warmth of iconic Molteni&C creations.

The dining area presents the Gatwick table paired with Barbican chairs, two designs by Rodolfo Dordoni that transform the space with their inviting sense of scale and sophisticated architectural detailing.

Designed by Vincent Van Duysen, Octave is a modular sofa system characterized by rigorous shapes - a subtle study of proportions, creating a graphic interplay of geometric volumes. It’s inspired by wide skyscraper windows that offer breathtaking views over cosmopolitan megacities while comfortably seated on inviting sofas.
Designed by Vincent Van Duysen to accompany the Gregor sofa, the Hubert set of small tables extends the collection’s refined, contemporary language into functional surfaces.
